– Major League Baseball is likely to stick with its current 16-team playoff bracket for the 2020 season, reports the Washington Post. Commissioner Rob Manfred says owners and players are “overwhelmingly” in favor of jumping from 10 teams to 16. The playoffs will be expanded to two wild-card rounds and the World Series moved to Texas for the first time since 1985.
