⁍ Goodwin Procter has poached a five-lawyer team from Sidley Austin.
⁍ The team includes two former high-ranking partners in Sidley’s private equity practice.
– London-based law firm Sidley Austin has lost two of its top private equity lawyers to Boston-based Goodwin Procter. Christian Iwasko and Erik Dahl, who were co-leaders of Sidley’s global private equity practice and members of the firm’s executive committee, have left the firm to join Goodwin in its London office, reports Westlaw Today. The five-lawyer team also includes two former Sidley partners.
