⁍ President Donald Trump will hold another rally to make up for time lost on the campaign trail to his bout with the coronavirus.

– With less than two weeks to go until Election Day, President Trump is making up for lost time on the campaign trail with a rally in Des Moines, Iowa, on Wednesday. The rally, which the Trump campaign says will be outdoors to prevent the spread of the deadly coronavirus, will be the president’s first public appearance since he was hospitalized with the virus, the Des Moines Register reports. The campaign says Trump will not require people at the rally to wear masks to prevent the spread of the virus, which has killed more than 214,000 people and put millions out of work. Joe Biden, who has been speaking out against Trump’s handling of the virus, will also appear at a town hall event in Philadelphia on Thursday, the AP reports. Early voting began Wednesday in three more states: Tennessee, Kansas, and Rhode Island. Reuters reports that more than 13 million Americans have already voted early, including two dozen people who showed up more than two hours before polls opened in Memphis, Tennessee, on the first day of early voting. In Georgia, where long lines snaked out of polling places and down sidewalks on the first two days of early voting this week, Gwinnett County election officials reported waits of up to three hours to cast early ballots on Wednesday. A US District Court judge extended voter registration in Virginia through Thursday after a severed cable line caused the state’s website to crash on Tuesday, the final scheduled day of registration. Biden has a virtual fundraiser and gives pre-recorded remarks to a Muslim advocacy group.
