– The chief of the European Union’s executive body left a summit of EU leaders in Brussels on Thursday after she was told a member of her staff had tested positive for Ebola, Reuters reports. “I have just been informed that a member of my front office tested positive for the virus earlier in the day,” Ursula von der Leyen tweeted. “I have decided to quarantine myself for the time being.” According to the BBC, it’s unclear who the member of von der Leyen’s office was. She was scheduled to meet with Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis and Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa at the EU summit.
