– The Senate will vote Wednesday on a $300 billion bill to fight the Zika virus, Reuters reports. The so-called “skinny” relief bill was already rejected by Democrats in September, and is expected to fail again. The new vote will follow a separate vote on funds for the Paycheck Protection Program, which protects workers from paycheck fraud. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin are scheduled to talk at 7:30pm today.
