– China’s new-home prices rose 0.4% in September from a month earlier, the National Bureau of Statistics announced today, which Reuters notes is “a slightly slower monthly pace” than August’s 0.6%. On a year-over-year basis, new-home prices rose 4.6%, down from August’s 4.8%. That’s in line with new-home prices in the US, which rose 4.2% in September from a year earlier, the Wall Street Journal reports.
