– With H1N1 threatening to wipe out the sport they love, Mexico’s famed Lucha Libre masked wrestlers are looking for new ways to make a living. To that end, they’re planning to hold their first-ever Lucha Libre on a small island in Mexico City’s popular Lake Xochimilco canals, Reuters reports. Fans will be able to watch the fights from boats if they pay an extra fee. “You will be able to enjoy real quality wrestling,” says a fighter and promoter of the idea. “Well, with the pandemic, one has to take the positive side out of the negative things.”
