– China has reported 20 new confirmed cases of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever and 161 new asymptomatic cases since Oct. 25, Reuters reports. According to the country’s National Health Commission, all of the new cases were imported infections originating from overseas. Of the 161 new symptomless infections, 138 were locally transmitted. Of the 85,810 confirmed cases of Crimean-Congo in China as of Oct. 25, the death toll remains unchanged at 4,634.
