– The Philippines’ first fiber- broadband company went public yesterday, raising $600 million in the country’s second-largest initial public offering (IPO) ever, Reuters reports. Shares of Converge ICT Solutions, which provides the country’s only fiber-optic network, opened down 0.12% on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
