⁍ The company is now looking to raise $750 million, selling 75 million shares at $10 apiece.
⁍ Ergen is the chairman of satellite TV provider Dish Network Corp DISH.O and also serves as the chairman of satellite operator EchoStar Corp
– Billionaire Charles Ergen’s CONX Corp is downsized its IPO from $1 billion to $750 million, Reuters reports. The company, a blank-check company, had planned to raise $1 billion with its initial public offering. It’s not the only SPAC downsized its offering recently.
