– Oil prices are dropping again, this time by more than 3%, Reuters reports. The fall follows a 2.6% drop last week. “It’s a dark Monday in the oil market,” says an analyst. “We have long warned that a ‘second wave’ of strict coronavirus restriction measures could be re-imposed, and it’s now happening for real.” Meanwhile, production is up in Libya, which ended a blockade of its oil facilities last week.
