– The European Commission has given the green light to Tiffany’s proposed $16 billion acquisition of Louis Vuitton parent company LVMH, clearing the way for the deal to close, Reuters reports. The deal has been hung up in court in Delaware, where Tiffany is suing LVMH, alleging that the French company has been stalling the completion of the deal.
