⁍ Patrick Reed records 46th hole-in-one in the 120 year history of the U.S. Open.
⁍ Reed’s tee shot on the 165-yard par three seventh hit the green and took one hop into the cup.
⁍ The double-birdie-eagle stretch took Reed to one-under on his outward nine.
– For the first time in 120 years, a hole-in-one has been recorded at the US Open. That happened to Patrick Reed on the sixth hole at Winged Foot Golf Club in Wisconsin on Thursday, reports Reuters. The ace is the 46th in the history of the tournament and came after a triple-bogey at the fifth.
