Mayor Bill de Blasio announced today that the start of in-person learning has been pushed back a second time for most students, reports Reuters. Pre-kindergarten through fifth grade will start on Monday, and elementary school students will start on Tuesday. Middle school and high school students will start Oct. 1. “This is a huge undertaking,” said de Blasio. “It is difficult. It’s challenging.”
