– A Boston-based litigation funder has expanded its ranks with the hiring of a former federal prosecutor as its director of risk and deputy general counsel, Westlaw Today reports. Jay Greenberg, CEO and co-founder of LexShares, says the company, which focuses on the midsize commercial litigation market, has “grown dramatically” since it was founded in 2014 and recently opened a second fund with a $100 million target size. Kenneth Harmon, a former federal prosecutor, will be LexShares’ first director of risk and deputy general counsel.
