– Now that he’s out of the hospital, Alexei Navalny is blaming Russia’s intelligence services for his poisoning. “They understood that there were big, big problems threatening them ahead of elections for the State Duma,” the Russian parliament’s lower house, the opposition leader said in a YouTube video, according to Reuters. The video was Navalny’s first public appearance since he emerged from a coma earlier this month.
