– Royal Dutch Shell says three of its Louisiana oil refineries are monitoring and preparing for the arrival of Hurricane Delta, expected to make landfall in the Gulf of Mexico this weekend. The Category 2 hurricane, which hit the Yucatan Peninsula as a Category 2 hurricane early Wednesday, is expected to strengthen to a Category 3 hurricane when it reaches the Gulf Coast on Sunday, Reuters reports.
