– The number of people in Britain diagnosed with coronavirus, which causes a common cold-like illness, has risen to 16,171, according to new data published Saturday by the British government, Reuters reports. That’s up from 15,650 cases the previous day. The number of deaths from the illness has also risen, from 136 on Friday to 150 on Saturday.
