– The number of coronavirus cases in India has risen by more than 61,000 over the past two months, but the country’s health ministry says it’s seeing a trend of steadily declining cases, Reuters reports. India’s health minister says late-stage clinical trials of intranasal COVID-19 vaccines are expected to begin in the coming months with thousands of participants, sometimes 30,000 to 40,000. Of the vaccines currently in Phase 3 trials, all are administered by injection, according to the World Health Organization.
