⁍ Canadian aircraft repair and overhaul services provider Chorus Aviation received a non-binding acquisition proposal from a third party.
⁍ Chorus, however, said there can be no assurance that any transaction will occur.
– Canada’s Chorus Aviation is in talks to be taken over by a private equity firm in a deal that could value the company at more than $300 million, the Globe and Mail reports. Chorus, which provides aircraft repair and overhaul services, says it has received a non-binding proposal from WL Ross & Col. LL, which is based in the UK. The company’s shares rose more than 7% in pre-market trading.
