⁍ Houses in the neighbourhood of Le Havre’s harbour are being evacuated.
⁍ Tendance Ouest radio reported that the fire was burning in an old Lipton warehouse.

– A huge fire has broken out in an abandoned warehouse in the French port city of Le Havre, sending huge clouds of black smoke into the air and forcing the evacuation of nearby homes, Reuters reports. Local news websites showed smoke funneling skywards from the depot, visible kilometers (miles) away. Le Havre is located in the Seine estuary and is one of France’s biggest port cities.
