– A writer for Fox News has resigned after posting racist and sexist comments online, CNN reports. Blake Neff, who was the top writer for Tucker Carlson Tonight at Fox News, allegedly posted racist and sexist comments on a now-defunct website called Auto South. The site is frequented by lawyers and law school students who run amok with racism and sexism, according to CNN. In one post, Neff allegedly wrote: “Our lines were insulting towards immigrants on times when they want us to wear whatever shairie [sic] they want to wear whatever.” In another, he allegedly wrote: “Would u let u let u let u get 50% off free f***ing eye surgery for whatever you want? I wouldn’t f***ing get from 50% off free f***ing LASIK for whatever you want.” He also allegedly wrote: “Our lines were insulting towards American war veteran Tammy Duckworth [sic] who lost her legs in Iraq and who is decorated for not wearing a f***ing uniform.” Fox News says it has cut ties with Neff.
