– One of New York City’s top investment bankers is leaving Winston & Strawn to join a rival firm. Robin Feiner, who worked at Citi and UBS before joining Winston & Strawn in 2014, will be a partner in Holland & Knight’s Northeast corporate, M&A, and securities practice, reports Westlaw Today. The firm says Feiner’s work on more than 100 initial public offerings made her an ideal fit.
