⁍ A video shared online claims to show a doctor revealing a Canadian government strategy to transform the country into a totalitarian state.

⁍ The video features osteopath and Rashid Buttar reading an email that he says was sent to him by a woman called ‘Denise’
Buttar quotes verbatim from the email, which claims to have been sent by an anonymous member of the Liberal Party of Canada.

⁍ In exchange for debt elimination, Canadian citizens would agree to guarantee unrestricted travel and living arrangements.

⁍ This included agreeing to a vaccination for COVID-19 and COVID-21, while also giving up ownership of their property and assets forever.

– There’s a new conspiracy theory making the rounds on the internet, but this one involves Canada and totalitarian government. In a video posted to YouTube on Oct. 23, a man named Rashid Buttar reads an email he says was sent to him by a “Denise” who claimed to be a member of Canada’s Liberal Party and part of a “strategic planning committee.” The email reads in part: “What we were told was that in order to offset what was essentially an economic collapse on a international scale, that the federal government was going to offer Canadians a total debt relief.” “In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever,” the email reads. “The individual would also have to agree to partake in the COVID-19 and COVID-21 vaccination schedule, which would provide the individual with unrestricted travel and unrestricted living even under a full lock down (through the use of photo identification referred to as Canada’s HealthPass).” Buttar then questions the veracity of the email, which he says came from an anonymous member of Canada’s Liberal Party. A spokesperson for Canada’s Prime Minister’s Office says there is no such committee, the email is false, and there is no plan to give cash to Canada in return for Canadians’ freedoms, Reuters reports. Buttar, who has previously posted videos with conspiracy theories like this one, says he’s decided to go ahead with the video because he believes “in the power of truth,” the CBC reports.
