– The Mexican state of Chihuahua’s health minister has died of heart failure almost two weeks after he was admitted to the hospital with the country’s fourth-highest death toll from the novel coronavirus, Reuters reports. “I have no words to express all my feelings in this moment, except for profound sadness,” wrote Chihuahua’s governor on Facebook today. “The state health minister, Dr. Jesus Grajeda, died this morning of heart failure.” Grajeda had been hospitalized with COVID-19, which has killed nearly 43,500 people in Mexico, the world’s fourth-highest death toll from the virus.
